Officers responded to a "man with guns" call encountered Jonathan David Rutkowski walking down the street with two guns. Police report that they told him several times to put them down and that he pointed them at them twice. When Rutkowski reportedly hid behind a metal box near a railroad track and pointed the guns at them again, the officers shot him twice killing him.
