At 11:30 p.m., police pulled over Jonas Joseph. Officers said as they were attempting to pull over a man believed to be a suspect in a previous shooting. Joseph allegedly pointed a silver handgun from his white Chevy Impala and may have shot at officers, who shot and killed him.
