Police responded to a call for a possible domestic violence situation, police said. When officers arrived, Jon Phillip Bryant had left the home but police found him about two blocks away. He threatened officers with a pipe. An officer tasered him to no effect. Bryant then brandished a knife and advanced on officers. Five officers shot and killed him.
