Less-than-lethal force

Police officers found Johnny Lozoya on a sidewalk suffering a seizure and frothing at the mouth after possibly falling from a roof; he was shocked with a Taser in drive-stun mode when he allegedly became combative while restrained on a board during transportation to hospital and went into cardiac arrest while still in the ambulance, dying shortly thereafter.
