Deadly force

According to police, officers were called to a domestic disturbance at 11:38 p.m. where a woman told emergency responders that a man had shot at her and kicked her out of the residence. As the first officer to arrive got out of his car in the driveway he was confronted by Johnny Lloyd, who lived at the address. Lloyd allegedly attacked him and knocked the deputy down in a culvert into the water. By the time the deputy came up out of the water Lloyd had a rifle, and the deputy shot and killed him.
