Deadly force
A resident called police reporting a disturbance involving a gun. Responding officers encountered a man who was standing in the middle of the street with a shotgun, and disobeyed repeated orders to drop his weapon, according to police. The man was shot and killed. Officers Andrew Constantino, John Paulo and Chris Devan were absolved of responsibility in the killing.
