Police reportedly spotted a other matching a description of a car wanted in connection with an Oct. 9 robbery at the Horseshoe Casino. The officer ordered the driver out of the car and learned the driver was a person of interest in the Oct. 9 robbery. John Feggins allegedly lunged at the officer with a gun in his hand. A fight began and Officers Ryan Glass and Joel Hawk shot and killed Feggins.
