Suicide
Joel Peloquin was in a cemetery, threatening to kill himself. Officers approached him, and two fired as he displayed a firearm. An autopsy performed on Peloquin's body found the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head, and it was ruled a suicide. The examination found Wyoming officers shot him three times, but those wounds weren't fatal.
