Allegedly a suicidal security guard assaulted his former girlfriend and then staged a traffic accident to cover it up. When police investigated, Jimmy James Garza Jr. refused to come out of his house. After four hours, he rushed out at SWAT officers armed with a rifle, and police shot and killed Garza.
