Deputies responded to a burglary in progress call at Redline Performance Group around 9:40 a.m. Deputies encountered a person fitting the description provided to them by the person who phoned it in. The deputies said Jesus Rodriquez ran away when they showed up. Deputies caught up to the man, who allegedly tried to assault them with a knife. The deputies shot and killed him.
