Jesus Ramirez, 23, and 17-year-old Lorenzo Ramirez died after crashing into a concrete pillar following a north Houston high-speed pursuit. The chase started as police investigated a 1 a.m. crash after which the brothers fled without stopping to exchange information, police said.
