Officers found Jesus Gilberto Gutierrez lying on the ground in the backyard of a residence in Tucson after a man called to report a trespasser who was moving furniture and talking to himself. Officers handcuffed Gutierrez, turning him on his side, administering Narcan and moving him to the residence's front yard before removing the handcuffs and beginning CPR when he died.
