Hartford police responded to the report of a disturbance at 24 Heath Street. Officers arrived to find a trail of blood leading through the building to a doorway. Officers obtained permission and broke down the door to findJesus Espinosa wielding a box cutter. Espinosa allegedly lunged at police with the box cutter, and one of the officers shot him.
