Just after 6 a.m., police executed a drug search warrant in Beverly Hills. When they entered the residence, deputies said that they encountered Jessica Cribbs sitting on a bed, pointing a handgun at an officer. The deputy ordered her to put the gun down, but she continued brandishing it in his direction, so he shot and killed her. Deputy were cleared of wrongdoing.
