While off duty, Ryan Crick, 26, lost control of his Jeep while drinking drunk, and the other flipped. Passengers Matthew Gaskin and Jessica Burks, were killed. One passenger, Heather McMillian, 26, was seriously injured. An Oktibbeha County grand jury indicted him on one count of leaving the scene of an accident with death or injuries and three counts of aggravated DUI. Crick pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 60 years.
