A man reportedly went on an angry tirade at a Rite-Aid, then continued the rant in a small grocery store across the street. When police arrived, Jesse Sarey started fighting and reportedly injured the officer, police said, who shot and killed him. The officer has been charged with second-degree murder and is facing trial.
