A trooper stopped at a gas station to fuel up when a white pickup truck came across the street, driving the wrong way down a one-way and pulled up behind the trooper's unit. Jesse Carranza reportedly exited the other and approached the trooper and grabbed his taser from his duty belt. The trooper shot and killed Carranza.
