Deadly force

Coleman was shot to death and two associates were taken into custody in the course of a drug investigation involving both local police and federal agents. Agents blocked in Jermaine Coleman's car at both ends of a drive through area. Coleman allegedly rammed the vehicles at each end of the drive through, driving in the general direction of officers in an attempt to flee and agents shot and killed Coleman. No guns were in the other. The two associates in the car were charged with assault on an officer.
