An SUV driven by deputy Joshua Foch ran off the road, flipped several times down an embankment, and ejected two passengers. Jerica Devillier was pinned under the SUV and died about 12 hours later. Deputy Jarred Malone remained in guarded critical condition until his death on December 23.
