According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Jeremy Galvez was running across State Road 436--not in a crosswalk or within an intersection. The driver of the unmarked police car was Zachary Price, 23, of Casselberry. Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the case, and the officer was temporarily reassigned.
