Officers noticed Farris in a parking lot in the early hours of the morning. As soon as they approached him, he entered a white Chevy Camaro and drove away. Officers arrested Farris after a convoluted chase by other and on foot. Immediately after his arrest, Farris had a medical emergency. Paramedics failed to revive him. Farris had overdosed on methamphetamine.
