Deadly force
Police responded to a report of a local business having been broken into. Police later found Jeffrey W. Groulx, inside of his car in a nearby parking lot. Groulx sped off once he spotted officers, but crashed down the road. Upon crashing, Groulx allegedly shot at officers with an AK-47. Police shot and killed Groulx.
