Pennsylvanian fugitive Healey drew the attention of police by doing a "burnout" on his motorcycle. Told to shut down, he instead tried to flee and set up a police pursuit that reached 115 MPH. The police claimed to have suspended the chase shortly before Healey's fatal crash.
