Jeffrey Mark Murray shot and killed cyclist David "Whit" Oliver, 44. Officers found Murray's other on Verdae Boulevard, and stopped the other at the fire department. Murray stopped and got out of his other armed with a firearm and there was an exchange of gunfire, and Murray was shot and killed.
