Officers from multiple agencies ended a two-day manhunt for Jeffrey Brooks, who was wanted for aggravated assault, auto theft, and carjacking. Brooks exited a house with a gun and then fled by other, driving in the general direction of officers, who shot and killed him. Police alleged vehicular assault.
