Deadly force

A deputy responding to calls of a domestic incident was flagged down by a person who told the deputy he heard a woman screaming, 'Someone help me." The deputy heard the screams coming from a home and knocked on the front door. A man came out of a house holding a woman by the arm, and a fight began when the deputy tried to separate them. A second deputy then shocked Donald Miller with a stun gun multiple times. Officers handcuffed Miller and held him down. Miller became unresponsive and died.
