Deadly force

Jeffery Millsap stole a handgun at a sporting goods store in one city, shot a car salesman in another city, and then led police on a brief other chase in a third location, police said. Milsap stopped at his father's house, and was shot and killed by a police officer after he got out of his car. The stolen handgun was found near his body.
