Jeff Harris, 54, shot Julie Marsh, 40, in the neck in his residence in Woodall, police said. Police said Harris was inside his residence when investigators arrived. Harris suffered a medical issue when taken into custody and passed out. He was taken to Tahlequah City Hospital where he died.
