Deadly force

Garcia, who was armed with a handgun and a stolen shotgun, was fatally shot by police after climbing to the sixth floor of a construction site and firing one of his weapons toward a hospital, according to authorities. He was said to have told police and a clerk at the store where he stole the shotgun that he wished to die.
