Deadly force

At 1:30 on a Monday morning a local officer approached three people in a parked car. Back-seat passenger Shaw, with an extensive criminal record, emerged from the car but refused to follow orders to keep his hands in view. An attempt to Taser him did not work because of thick clothing. He was shot and killed by police when he reportedly reached for a BB pistol in his clothes.
