Officers responded about 7:30 a.m. to a report of a suspicious man possibly dealing drugs in the parking lot of Tanglewood Apartments, police said. When officers arrived and approached the other on foot, he allegedly drove into the direction of the officers. One of the officers shot and killed Jason C. Minnick.
