Around 3 a.m., a deputy said he saw a car parked with its headlights off, then four black males got inside. When the deputy tried to pull them over, they took off, reaching speeds of 90 miles per hour. They drove just over five miles, then crashed, killing Jashod Spicer. While police later said the other was stolen, the reason for the attempted stop was not reported.
