Jarrett Lichtenstein's girlfriend called police and told them he'd pointed a gun at her. When police arrived, Lichtenstein had gone home, so police went there. Just as they arrived at the front door, they heard a single shot. Lichtenstein was found inside dead from a self-inflicted gunshot.
