Deadly force
Police responded to a request for assistance from a woman stating a man was stalking her by following her other. Upon arrival, police allegedly saw the man strike the woman's other with his. Police ordered the man out of his other, but he allegedly refused and displayed a shotgun. The man continued to ignore commands and attempted to flee. Police shot and killed Jared Lynn Risius.
