Police reportedly were trying to arrest JaQuavion Slaton on an aggravated assault warrant when he was shot and killed. As officers tried to break the glass on the truck where he was hiding, Slaton allegedly "made an overt action placing the officers in fear for their lives," and they shot and killed him.
