Suicide

A standoff reportedly began when police arrived to arrest James Russell Leake at his friend's residence, following an anonymous tip. According to police, "The officers had secured the perimeter and were attempting to engage him in dialogue. He didn't respond and three shots rang out." The first two shots hit the wall and ceiling. The third struck Leake in the temple, police said.
