Adam J. Powell and James R. Waller were two of three young men chased out of a Taco Bell in the early morning hours, apparently drunk, causing minor trouble. A responding local officer saw their Blazer and gave chase. After a brief pursuit the driver lost control and crashed into another restaurant, killing both.
