Around 6:45 p.m., two officers pulled over a other and ran the names of the four occupants inside. Two came back wanted for outstanding warrants. Police called for backup. A passenger allegedly started firing at officers from inside the other. The man then exited the other and fired another round at police, who shot and killed James Alexander.
