Police responded to locate a man wanted on an indictment related to the production of child pornography. Upon arrival, an officer saw the wanted man, James Paul Berry III, standing outside of his home. As the officer began to speak with him, the suspect retrieved a handgun from his clothing and reportedly shot and killed himself.
