Less-than-lethal force

Doe (his correct name) fell into an argument with his girlfriend when he was visiting to breed their pit bulls. Police arrived and told him to leave the property. When he returned later and tried to kick her door down, her condo's security office called police back. During a confrontation Doe was tasered while sitting in the back of a patrol car, where he died.
