MRI employee Clark, described in press reports as suddenly and inexplicably crazed, attacked a Johnson City police officer as he arrived at a workplace disturbance call. Clark punched the officer as he left his other, managed to grab his weapon, and shot him to death. Clark was subsequently shot once and killed by a second officer.
