Deadly force
Two officers involved in unrelated surveillance work in the area when they heard a gunshot. He said the officers saw a man, later identified as Hill, run across the road with a gun. Hill ran behind a CVS drugstore, and the two officers followed. Shots were fired behind the store, and Hill was killed.
