Officers chased kidnapping suspect 24-year-old Jamarquis Black for close to an hour. The pursuit ended when Black's car crashed into a ditch on I-55 near Bogue Chitto. Police said Black killed himself and his girlfriend Darnesha Ratliff, 23.
