At Rest

Blount was intercepted by county officers at a Long Island Railroad station for acting irrationally, challenging passengers, fighting with imaginary people, etc. Once intercepted and cuffed Blount admitted to ingesting crack cocaine, then had a seizure and stopped breathing.
This record exists so that Jamal Blount, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
More lives from the archive.
