Police were chasing robbery suspect Ryan William, 34, eastbound on westbound I-80 at high rates of speed when Williams struck a Jeep Patriot head-on, killing the driver, Jacob Edwards. Williams and his robbery partner, Adrianna Marie Norman, 30, were charged with Open Murder for Edward's death.
