Suicide
An Arizona DPS officer and County Adult Probation officer were on a team searching for a fugitive, Jacob Hernandez, 28. When Hernandez was found, he was with a woman, Kenzie Keyes, 30, and fled from the officers. Hernandez was armed and fatally shot himself with a handgun. Keyes reportedly picked up the handgun and pointed it toward the DPS and Adult Probation officers, who shot and killed her.
