Senior Corporal Andre Taylor, working an off-duty job at Home Depot, pursued suspected shoplifters Ford and Anthony Ray. Senior Corporal Taylor subdued and handcuffed Ford after a long foot chase. Ford's breathing became unstable. He was pronounced dead at Medical City Hospital. Note: Results of a toxicology report cannot be found.
