Deadly force
Police responded to a complaint of a cell phone theft. While questioning Myton, police said Myton began to fight with the officer and then ran. The officer caught Myton in the mall parking lot and the two scuffled. Police said Myton fired at the officer. The officer shot and killed Myton.
