At Rest

Deadly force
Issac Parker's sport utility other was pulled over for a faulty headlight. Officer Kenneth Agee and his partner, Officer Jared Domaracki, suspected Parker was intoxicated. As Domaracki reached in through the driver's side window to turn off the ignition, and Agee did the same thing from the passenger's side, Parker hit the accelerator and took off down Fillmore. Agee shot Parker once in the right side. Parker continued on Fillmore before crashing into three street light poles, one of which fell on Ida Murphy, killing her.
This record exists so that Issac C. Parker, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
