Police were dispatched to investigate the report of an armed man in an occupied home. The man, Isaiah Obet, fled. An officer saw him at 21st Street Southeast and D Street Southeast, where he tried to force his way into an occupied car. Police say that Obet was armed with a knife, and the officer shot and killed him.
